If you are writing about a purchase, include the email address you paid with — it is the fastest way to find your order.
You paid and your report or course hasn’t opened
Leave the page open — it checks by itself and usually opens within a minute. If it is still closed after that, email us with the address you paid with and we will open it manually.
You want a refund
Payments are handled by Gumroad, and refunds go through them. Write to us first anyway: if something did not work as described, we would rather fix it or refund it than have you chase it.
You want your account or your charts deleted
You can do it yourself, immediately, from your settings — it removes the account and every chart saved to it, and we keep no copy. Email us if you would rather we did it for you.
You can’t sign in
Password resets by email are not connected yet. Until they are, email us from the address on the account and we will sort it out.

Charts and courses here are for education and entertainment. We do not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we cannot tell you what to decide. If something in your life is genuinely difficult right now, please talk to someone qualified to help with it.
