Privacy policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains what personal information Numerology College collects, why we hold it, and the choices you have. The site is for educational numerology and astrology charts and a paid video course.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: email, optional phone number, and a hashed password.
• Chart details you enter: name, date of birth, and optional birth time and place (including map coordinates if you choose a place).
• Course progress if you buy and watch lessons.
• Messages you send if you request a consultation.
• A session cookie so we can keep you signed in.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run your account, calculate and save charts, unlock the course after a purchase, remember lesson progress, and reply if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments

Course checkout is handled by Gumroad. Card details go to Gumroad, not to us. Gumroad may send us your purchase email and a sale identifier so we can open the course on your account. See Gumroad’s own privacy policy for how they process payments.

5. Video hosting

Lesson videos are delivered through Bunny Stream. When you play a lesson, that service receives what it needs to show the video (for example, a playback request from your browser).

6. Cookies

We use a signed-in session cookie that is required for the account to work. We do not use advertising trackers on the site.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and chart data while your account exists, and course progress while you remain enrolled. You can update email, phone, and password in Settings. If you want an account or saved charts deleted, contact us and we will handle the request.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, not as plain text. Session tokens live in httpOnly cookies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. Please do not create an account for a child under that age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
